location is good for business and hotel is convenient
free hot drinks which is good in reception area. But cups are not cleared away. Tray full of used cups left next to clean ones. went out of hotel for few hours when we came back our used cups were still left on table

Dingy doom poor flush on toilet, couldn’t control heating a lot of noise from other guests
