Property looked very presentable, friendly staff and good sized room.

The room had everything you could need , except, the tv didn’t switch on , we looked for what might be the problem, but couldn’t see an obvious issue. We were going out, so would’ve only watched it for a short time, but expected it to work. The soap in the bathroom, was amply filled but the pump didn’t work.

The rooms are very big Bathrooms are lovely The restaurant and food selection plus the drink selection The staff on the Saturday were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help What made me smile is that a walk-in asked for a room One of the waiters said, "Comic con is on , we are fully booked" Definitely stay here again

The size of the bed! Was a bit small .... The shower leaked over the floor It needs a longer shower curtain or more glass

Evening meal cold . Staff meeting in bar area / restaurant area all very loud.

Wifi a little slow , Sound proofing not great if you have a noise neighbour.

It was far better than I thought it would be considering the price, rooms were really big and clean. Shower was strong.

Really decent place to stay and can't fault anything. Good breakfast, we didn't have later food. Comfortable bar area for evening drinks. Decent size rooms. All staff we dealt with were brilliant. Will stay again.

Always something to moan about so if anything I'd say could do with more storage space for clothes in the room. But that really is it.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and nice restaurant with quality food at reasonable prices. And it was nice to have an in-house place to enjoy a drink.

It was self-evident that the hotel was understaffed with the front desk personnel also expected to manage the restaurant operations and deliver items to hotel guest rooms. Thus service was inevitably slow. Also, the TV did not work upon arrival, which was subsequently fixed but then did not work again the next day. And I do not understand why the shower wall did not extend out further. The water sprayed all over the floor and completely soaked the bathroom floor mat. And the dinner portions were huge. I had a chicken sandwich with two chicken breasts, way more food than necessary. It's unfortunate because the dessert menu looked terrific and well-priced, but I was beyond full and thus declined to have a dessert. Reduce the chicken sandwich to one breast, still a deal at the current price, and increase your profit margin. Plus smaller portions will lead to more folks eating dessert, thus further increasing your revenues from restaurant operations. And why no wash cloths anymore? What are guests supposed to wash themselves with? It's a curious practice that exists at other hotels as well and I just don't understand why wash cloths are no longer provided.
