Breakfast was great, good selection and good quality. Would have liked a hot drink though (see below).
The hot drinks machine was causing a bottleneck, particularly as mugs kept running out and were only replenished 6 at a time. The queue forms right by the kitchen door where hot food is being brought out constantly so is an accident waiting to happen. Similar situation with the juice running out and only replenished by a small amount which immediately ran out again.

Cosy area at the hotel entrance with friendly staff that was attentive.
The corridors and bedroom carpets were dirty, smelly and need serious cleaning or to be replaced/removed entirely. Couch in my room was stained and not presentable.
