Great location and great value for money.
Flexible timings for check in.
Needs a little bit of tlc but can’t complain for the money.

This was a great hotel, and was run just as hotels used to be. No keypads or access codes, but instead, a human being to welcome you and a proper key to your door! The room was big and airy and properly equipped, and the hotel conveniently situated near amenities and on a main thoroughfare between Warwick and Leamington Spa.
There's very little to complain about, as I had a great stay and this was a really lovely hotel. The pillows could have been a little softer, but quite honestly that's my only criticism! Everything else was just about perfect, especially as (amazingly!) it was also the cheapest going!

Nice cosy house, lovely owner, comfortable room and quiet location but very close to the centre of town and the castle
The electric shower in our room was too noisy

Super nice staff (owner). Greeted us, answered all our questions and gave a nice history lesson on the castle.
A little tired and worn down. Not the cleanest in the corners, behind furniture and such and mold behind the toilet and walls.
