The staff were very friendly. At check-in,
dinner and breakfast. They offered storage for e-bikes. Conveniently located near the Vennbahn.

Fantastic hotel/Auberge. Staff are exceptionally friendly, professional and very helpful. We asked to drop our bags but were able to check in two hours early. Nice spacious room with usual amenities except air con but we had a fan instead.
Excellent dinner at the attached pub restaurant. Able to store our rented bikes overnight. Very substantial buffet breakfast.
Fan only - no aircon. No problem mid-September though. Fan was adequate.

Air conditioning in our room. Great restaraunt and bar. Friendly, helpful staff. Powerful shower and comfortable bed. Secure cycle storage, laundry service available. Beautiful terrace and garden at the back of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Just up the hill from the start of the Vennbahn.

Not much. We asked for a room near.reception as we were travelling by motorcycle with awkward luggage. We were given a room as far from reception as possible.
The hotel is on a main road with noisy lorries and cars accelerating out of the town nearby, so it was a restless night....and it was difficult to carry our gear to our room.
