The view and location were exceptional. We could see whales from the balcony. The unit was quiet and spacious. The unit was very clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the spa with spectacular ocean views.

The furnishings were a little dated.

Great location. roof top bbq area is fantastic comfy beds clean well maintained bathroom great views everything in the apartment is in good condition friendly staff well equiped kitchen walk to shops/clubs/restrauants

there should seating for 6 people in a 3 bedroom apartment . there were only 5. we had to use a chair from the bedroom. the kitchen was great with all necessary items except there were only 4 wine glasses ( minor issue)

Absolutely amazing location. So nice not having a road between you and the beach.

The room was like a luxurious lighthouse with a full clear ocean view combined with beautiful pine tree views on the back! Managed by amazing people which would answer any queries you might have in a very short time as well. close walking distance to both Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise central cafes/restaurants/bars.

With 4+ people staying in the apartment for work we could do with extra fobs for access.

One of the receiption lady was not that friendly. When she spoke to me over the phone she was quite agressvie and short (she might be in a bad mood). The apartment and kitchen supplies in the apartment are a bit outdated with slippery tiles. I had a big fall ( slipped) being 37 weeks pregnant. Luckily the baby was ok but hurt my butt badly and am still in pain after 10 days.

The location was perfect. Beach views magnificent. Surrounds very tidy.

The car park was extremely hard to negotiate due to age of building and only 1 car park for a 3 bedroom unit. Mould on tiles in shower. We always take our own pillows with us as do not like to sleep on pillows provided. It was most unacceptable to recieve a message advising us we would be charged $80.00 to replace 2 missing pillows. I contacted reception to advise we did not take these pillows and was told that they were missing and what were they supposed to do about it in a very aggressive manner. This put a very sour note to the end of our holiday.

The location right on the beach can't get better! Easy walks to both surfers paradise and broadbeach. The apartment was spacious. Air con in living areas.
