Staff and facilities was amazing, think at some point I ended up becoming the band 😂
Loved the live music and the buffets were just exceptional. Definately my go to stay in Bali.

Layout, openness, and we'll manicured grounds. Rooms were a good size. Restaurant, bar and pool area welcoming and inviting with great entertainment. You don't have to leave the resort. Massage huts were also amazing value.
Bathroom sink in the bedroom and only one plug for charging in the whole room

I like the friendly staff they are like family . I like the location and I love the rooms and the big bathrooms
Sometimes if you are on the lower floor people up above you can be noisy.

Walking distance to shops & restaurants.
The property itself is decent and clean but it’s the staff that make it great.
There wasn’t any tea/coffee supplies in the rooms
Also breakfast could improve, add more options & varieties and every time i was making tea i had to ask a staff member for tea bags each morning, this needs to change.
