Extremely warm welcome when we arrived at 9am. Offered coffee. The staff was extremely warm Gave us transport card for the entire duration of the stay Good shuttle service to and fro the airport. The room size was very small and tight. Was difficult to open bags.

Cold but varied breakfast - everyone will find something for themselves. Shuttle service from and to the airport every 20 minutes. Helpfull and friendly staff.

It would be nice if they offered something to eat in the evening at the bar.

The staff - extremely nice and super friendly! Breakfast was decent, rooms were absolutely clean and quiet! It is located right next to a tram station that takes you straight to the centre of Geneva! We loved it here!

The next morning staff on 29th August - I had requested staff for sanitary napkins but her reaction seemed a bit rude. I tried explaining to her but she wasn't fully paying attention to my words. In the end she did help me upon a realisation which was nive. But it did make me feel a bit uncomfortable upon her initial reaction like it wasn't important enough for her? Or that my accent was weird?

It a fair hotel to stay and close to the airport and has free shuttle. They do provide free complimentary train tickets

Breakfast was ok and very simple.

Easy to find from hire car drop off. Free shuttle to airport. Near to tram stop, that takes you into town. Free visitor pass giving family free transport on public transport around town, including the tram and the yellow water taxis on the lake - made it all really easy. Good continental breakfast. And staff helpful and friendly. And the room was clean, quiet, and met the need.

Not a case of not liking, just a shame that the room had double and a double sofa bed, rather than double and two singles, which would have worked better and been more flexible. But for the price, it more than met the need.

Breakfast was good with variety of food. Room was neat and clean.Connection to the city was good. staff was friendly. Overall it was a nice stay.

Located In a separated area, need to walk more than 15min to nearist restaurant, through highways. No restaurant in the hotel

Personel proved their professionalism. They were prepared to explain how to get to the downtown, gave us maps and city cards which allow us to use public transport. General hotel were little bit old but everything was cleaned.

Breakfast selection was good and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and amazingly talented with the range of languages they speak, excellent staff.

The sofa bed was very small and not very comfortable. The room was too small and not enough room for a family and luggage and room to move.

Staff was extremely friendly, kindly supporting in all our requests. Breakfast is tasty and I am now in withdrawal after yami croissants. Free shuttle from airport. Public transportation stations very closed to hotel. Comfortable beds with linen pleasant to the touch.

Windows are closed, seems that from security reasons. However technically speaking they can be opened and I recommend installing a barrier for a narrow opening.

Good price nice breakfast professional staff great location you get free pass for trams and buses plus boats by the hotel can't go wrong

I know it's only 3star but wouldn't hurt sliperss for the bathroom

The breakfast was a real disappointment especially for someone Asian or from india. It only consisted of cold food. The bread was cold. Boiled eggs were cold too. Nothing fresh to eat. Room was decent and the best part was the airport shuttle.
