The walk from the airport was a little tricky! Didn’t know where the shuttle was located at airport to gakebit to the hotel The shuttle was perfect in the morning. Timing was on time and easy

The hotel was a short walk from T1 and once over the footbridge the private path was easy to follow. I will note that I arrived quite late so the shuttle was finished for the day, but it was a short walk and the weather was agreeable. Do NOT try to follow Google maps, ask for directions from information if you arrived late. I checked in around midnight and the staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is just across the street from the airport, but it was really quiet and I didn't hear any airplanes until I woke up. I was able to leave my luggage in a secure location so that I could do some sightseeing before taking the train home. As I arrived quite late, I did not get up for breakfast, but had a snack of chicken curry before I left. The food was simple but delicious. All of the staff were friendly and helpful - check-in, check-out, restaurant, luggage pick up, and shuttle. I had a great stress free day with all of their help and guidance.

The building and room were clean, comfortable and modern. There was a nice bar where we ordered some food and drinks, and a nice breakfast was included with our stay.

We chose this hotel because it was listed as being a few minutes from the airport. The mountain shuttle dropped us off at the Geneva Airport from our previous hotel in France. Even though we could see the hotel from the airport, it was clear that it would be unsafe if not impossible to walk there due to heavy traffic and no walkways. We called the hotel to see if they could send their airport shuttle to pick us up and they said no, we would have to take a taxi. When we approached the taxi service, the driver refused to take us because the hotel was too close, it wouldn’t be profitable for them. After a lot of stress and anxiety and some good samaritans that helped us, we were able to take a bus that charged us 6 francs to drive us around the corner so we could safely walk to the hotel. When we arrived, there sat the airport shuttle in the parking lot. I’m sure that most of the hotel patrons are foreigners, unfamiliar with the city. Knowing this, I would think the hotel would put the safety of their patrons as a priority and perhaps provide a bit more guidance in arriving there safely.
