The decor and location were excellent! The apartment has most things one needs to function for apartment dwelling. Being on the ground floor was also great! Convenient free laundry facilities (albeit in an adjacent building)
there are some wear and tear snags that need better management e.g. freezer door broken (despite reporting it and agency saying they'd repair it - they didn't) and the toilet seat in second room being totally loose. The apartment would benefit from a drying rack for clothes (as not all clothing can withstand tumble-drying).

Location was great for York city centre. Accommodation was great and as described. Milk in the fridge on arrival and tea. coffee provided. Quiet location.
Lighting in the flat was not good either in the living room or the bedrooms. No hangers provided in the wardrobe

Proximity to the city centre. Lots to see within easy walking distance.
Black blinds need very thorough dusting.

Apartment was clean, comfortable & had everything needed for our stay in York. There is a couple of flights of stairs to the apartment & a spiral stair case to top floor bedroom, which possible not suitable for anyone struggling with mobility.
It is approximately a 15 minute walk York Minster & the train station.
Would definitely return and stay in apartment again.
The plug in the en-suite stuck & we couldn’t drain or use the the sink & because it was the weekend there was no one able to come out and fix it for us. This was reported on the Friday afternoon that we arrived.

"The photos represent the actual accommodation (not always the case). The kitchen was well kitted out and the beds were comfortable. The lounge had enough comfy seats for 4 ."
