Facilities good and overall cost suitable for what you get
Good heating
The TV is very poor quality, it is a smart TV but does not connect to the WiFi, also slightly damaged and needs replacing.
Staff and owner a bit iffy, asked on the first afternoon if someone could visit to sort out the issues we were having with the TV, got nothing back apart from them telling us how to fix it ourselves and questions. Only offered to pop over when I told them to forget about it.
Shower head needs replacing, railhead shower but very rough and uncomfortable, shower room was prone to flooding
