It’s perfect for families to create that home-from-home feeling while exploring York.
Great for river walks, connections from the train station and into York city centre, all just minutes walk away.

The Space:
Sycamore House is a traditional Family Home with original features and character.
It’s perfect for families to create that home-from-home feeling while exploring York.
Great for river walks, connections from the train station and into York city centre, all just minutes walk away.
Based on a quiet street, you enter the house through the hallway lined with original wooden flooring, cornices and architraves.
As you enter our home it opens up to a double living room, a cosy space with sofas (and a sofa bed for guests 7 and 8, or on request for an additional charge) and a TV to sit back and relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
The second half of the room has additional seating and French doors leading out to the yard to enjoy the sunshine in the summer.
Understair WC
The kitchen offers you everything you need to cook meals during your stay, and there's a large oak table for all your guests to sit around to socialise.
And dishwasher and washing machine.
With French doors at the end leading into the Yard.
Upstairs leads you to three light, bright bedrooms and a family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
The master bedroom has a super king bed, plenty of hanging space and an ensuite.
The second bedroom has two standard single beds.
The third, smaller bedroom has a double bed.
Each is made up with hotel-quality linen and towels.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled on a peaceful street, this charming holiday let offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Just a short stroll from the heart of town, you’ll have easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, but also the river is only minutes away, with scenic river walks to explore and unwind.
