Great location
We had an issue with arriving to a dirty house but I believe this was a one off due to building works and cleaners were called and it was quickly resolved.

Great location, close to railway station and town centre. Good to have ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom. Lovely open plan seating and dining area. Lovely touch to have the Christmas tree up over the festive period.
Hot water for showers was good to start but after about 7 people taking showers the remainder of the party (3) had cold ones. The property could do with a freshen up to the walls/woodwork.

Close to all amenities and very modern
Could do with a downstairs toilet but otherwise perfect.

Great location, lovely house and very clean on arrival.
The only problem we encountered was that someone had parked in our allocated parking area for two days at the front of the house.
This resulting in having to park on the road and getting a ticket - not happy.
We paid a lot of money for the house and one of the reasons why was because of the allocated parking.
I did contact the management company several times however just received an email with the parking arrangements on!!
