The location is great. It’s near a train line, but not many trains at all and no problem, Close to town, cafes and supermarkets , and a walking track next to the beach. Well equipped and super clean. The owners are great and very helpful. Kaikoura is beautiful.
It could have been more spacious.

The property was wonderful, large room with great amenities. Bed was excellent, lots of kitchen utensils for cooking, very large shower. Absolutely beautiful views of the snow on the mountains from the sliding front door.

The warm room that greeted us on a freezing cold wet afternoon; the friendly staff, the spaciousness of the room & the kitchen which had plenty of utensils, plates, etc.

Beautiful view in the morning with snow-capped mountains. Warm room with heat pump operating. Friendly staff, particularly Morgan.
