Hotel Aktaion Syros

The location was particularly convenient for exploring Ermoupoli. It was easy to walk around and discover different parts of the town.

What I enjoyed most about Aktaion was the atmosphere. The hotel is housed in a beautiful historic building and its position near the waterfront makes it a particularly pleasant place to stay. The room was comfortable, clean and nicely maintained, while the central location made it easy to explore Ermoupoli on foot. I also appreciated the welcoming attitude of the staff and the relaxed feeling throughout the hotel. It was a very enjoyable base for discovering Syros.

The central position makes it very easy to explore the town on foot. Cafés, restaurants, the port and the main sights are all close by.

Aktaion has a character that is difficult to find in modern hotels. The architecture and traditional details give the property a strong sense of identity, while the rooms provide the comfort needed for a relaxing visit. Being so close to the harbor was extremely convenient, especially for walking around the center and discovering the local restaurants and cafés. The hotel was clean and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, it was a memorable experience in Ermoupoli.
