It has three pools which is nice.
Bfast was bad, short staff. No cutlery, no food, and cleaning lady started to take things out at 9:30. Service was bad. Only one juice option (papaya).

It was a beautiful place to stay, and day gave us a really warm welcome because of my birthday and they gave us a bottle of champagne and balloons. It was really nice of them. I’m definitely going back there in the future.

The location was great - near the water and sloths in trees on the property.
Despite repeated requests they could never get the a/c to work in the room. It was very hot. Also the bathroom facilities seemed dated. Water out of one faucet was a fire hydrant and out of the shower from one large hole in the middle
