Very good value for money. Just off promenade so quiet but close to trams and buses. Very clean with everything provided for a comfortable overnight stay. Staff helpful and attentive. Can highly recommend
Nothing. Just quite steep stairs to 3rd floor rooms that people who may have limited mobility should be aware of. This did not affect our stay

The location was good and the fruit juice in the fridge was nice.
The room was very cold. The bathroom was freezing with no heating. Also very poor water pressure from the shower so couldn’t even warm up in there. One electric heater in each room which unfortunately did not help. Very basic breakfast with no cooked items available.
