We had the most wonderful time with Ian and Robert. Lots of laughs and lovely breakfast looking out over Port Phillip Bay. Definitely a home away from home with plenty of spaces to relax in. We had a very enjoyable afternoon in the cinema with pop corn. The spa looked very inviting however, I was unable to enjoy it as I had a wound on my leg - next time. Lovely walk along the beach front just outside the front door The restaurants that Robert and Ian suggested were great. Could have stayed longer. Very close to a little shopping precinct that had a wonderful fish and chip shop, as well as, a health food/cafe with all local ingredients. With in easy reach of Queenscliffe and Portarlington.

The view was amazing, being met at the door by their doggo "Mickey" was an extra bonus. I was there 5 nights and by the time I left, it felt more like leaving good friends than leaving a BnB. The place is lavish, Rob and Ian are brilliant hosts and when something goes wrong (I left my phone in a car) it was "all hands on deck" to return it to me.
The breakfast was a great way to start the day and the spa and sauna was the perfect way to end the day.
Losing my phone for the night - but not something I can blame on anyone but myself :)

Rob & Ian were excellent hosts. This place was the perfect balance between a hotel & airbnb. Would highly recommend
