Friendly and helpful staffs. The hotel offers free shuttle service between hotel and JR Osaka station.

The double room was a bit small to accommodate 2 people with big suitcases.

Location poor as it was too far outside central Osaka. The need for constant subway use back and forward every day became a chore. The 3.2kms from the centre equated to a 15 minute walk to the subway platform and 3 stops to the centre. This resulted in us having to travel into the Ctr each day and leave the ctr early each evening to ensure we got home. For this reason, I would not stay in this hotel again.

Location. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the service at the hotel restaurant. I visited the restaurant on August 21, 2026, at around 9:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the waitresses wearing the waiter-style uniforms were rude and unfriendly toward me. I would like to clarify that I am not referring to the lady wearing the kimono, who was very friendly and polite. I felt very uncomfortable during my visit because of the way I was treated. I hope the manager can check which staff members were working at the restaurant at that time and address this issue appropriately. I am sorry to say that, based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable returning to this hotel restaurant. The behavior I experienced was disappointing and, in my opinion, did not reflect the standard of service expected from a hotel. I am sharing this feedback because I genuinely hope the hotel will take it seriously and improve the experience for future guests.
