Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Stazione di Osaka, servizio lavatrici all'ultimo piano, spa e palestra inclusi.
Nella stanza c'era un appendiabiti a giorno ma nessun armadio.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The all day extras free of charge (at different times slots) were absolutely amazing and very generous of the hotel.
6-7 am free specialty coffee and smoothies,
15-20 free confectionery, juices
17-19 free happy hour including free red, white wine, champagne, 2 types of cocktails and snacks
20-22 rice and soup
Also have several washing machines and dryer on the 18th floor, 3kg load for ¥700, washing detergents included
Nothing, everything was above expectations
8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026
The hotel is conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk from Umeda station, with plenty of shops in the vicinity. The room is well-suited for two guests, and the public bath is relatively spacious, featuring a sauna room. The staff is professional and highly accommodating when you have questions.
While it's not the hotel's fault , some guests can be quite rude, particularly those from a specific nationality. They tend to look down on me and behave disrespectfully when they notice me. I chose to ignore them, which helped me not to let it bother me. Therefore, if you're a black person, I'd recommend being cautious of the hotel guests.
