A clean, comfortable room, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and well maintained, creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We loved the proximity to Osaka/Umeda Station and that the airport limousine bus dropped us off right in front of the hotel. The staff were very helpful as well. It’s part of the Links building, which is a multi-level shopping and dining center.
The only thing is that I wish they’d allow the possibility to check in early. It seems like they are very stringent with only allowing people to check in at 3pm as the check-in counters were blocked off until that time.

Fantastic view from room on 19th floor.
Not far from Osaka station.
Lots of eating places in the shopping centre but these were packed.
We didn’t find it easy to find. It is above a shopping centre. The stay was totally impersonal- only a computer knew we were there. The check in and out is via a machine like a railway ticket machine. The lobby is like a railway station. No comfortable public areas or extra facilities. Room was small but OK.

"Abbiamo sbagliato noi a prenotare. Abbiamo cercato un hotel vicino alla stazione, ma questo è vicino alla stazione di Humeda e non a quella dello skinkanzen, quindi ogni giorno abbiamo dovuto prendere..."
