This was where my trip began. It was a lovely spot to start off from. I was able to check out the food floors of the department store, visit my favorite retail stores, and walk all over to see the sights.
No problems noted.

1. The location is good and it is easy for dining and shopping around the hotel. It is also near the JR Osaka station and metro station.
2. The room size is bigger than the usual business hotel.
1. The partition and place to store goods in the room are less.
2. The cloth hanger space is a little bit small to hang the clothes for 2 persons.

The room was clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t describe it as luxurious, but it had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. There’s a drugstore just a one-minute walk away, and a 7-Eleven right nearby, which was very convenient.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Osaka Station. Since the station and Umeda area are quite large and complicated, finding the right exit and route to the hotel can be a little confusing at first. It may take some extra time to figure out the way on your first visit.
