Staff can't speak English and unable to help. The property is looking very tired and in need of upgrade. The pool is a very bad design overall

The property is on the south end of the main drag

It's difficult, and dangerous to get across the street and access the ocean. The bed is very uncomfortable.

Great staff service, clean room and enough facility, pool and gym are available, location is close to cicada/tamarind market in walking distance, ample area for car parking, not too crowded like other condominiums, especially price is reasonable.

One of our favourite places to stay in Hua Hin. Always friendly staff, very clean and excellent facilities. Well equipped apartment and exceptional value.

Good Location. Very close to the beach, which is literally across from property. Walkable distance from the mall, though could be a bit hot, still totally walkable. Good facility. There is a place to refill your drinking and to do your laundry. Don’t need to worry about bring your laundries outside in such a hot weather. If anyone wants to swim, there is also a swimming pool as well. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful. This place makes us feel like home. Overall Positive experience!

5th stay, always our First Choice when staying in Hua Hin.

The unit works very well, and the small kitchen quite useful. Good security.

Not possible to shower without getting quite a bit of water on the toilet floor.

Extremely convenient location, apartments always spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Our 4th stay and will definitely return again.

Bed is a little hard for us, but still get a good nights sleep.

Impressive 50m. Pool. Friendly staffs. The room comes with kitchen and kitchenware. Like staying in your own apartment but located in Hua Hin area.

There is no sign of First Choice Suites on the Google map. Had to call by the number to know it is the BaanKoonKoei by Sansiri. Select the B type if you wish to stay next to the pool, the A type means the A building, close to main gate but have to walk to the pool. Towels looked old. Impossible to walk to night market, took awhile to Cicada Market.
