We were given early check-in which was amazing with kids - thank you Nelson for being so helpful.
We were also given a late checkout- thank you Andrew for looking after us. Such kind and attentive staff.
The pool was amazing and the hotel was very clean.
Plenty of eating options to try anything you like within 5 minutes walk.
Our room was too small for a family of four.

Location was right beside Lavender MRT station which was great for getting around the city. Some nice cafes around too for breakfast
Hotel lobby always seemed to be chaotic and full of people

The toilet arrangement is very difficult

The location was good and hotel had shops outside on ground floor. Hotel had large and busy lobby with staff whom are readily willing to help.
Facilities were not very clean as swimming pool had saliva and mucus in water. The walls are quite thin with not adequate gap between the rooms so you can hear neighbouring rooms using the flush during the night. Although the hotel is quite large, the rooms are very small in size, with barely any space to walk around.
