Exceptional breakfast, perfect location, very welcoming host and beautiful rooms with outstanding facilities and everything you could possibly need. Every part of the property was well considered and equipped with quality touches, we loved the amazing shower and luxury toiletries in the rooms. Jacky went out of her way to make us feel welcome and help us make the most of our stay in Grasmere.

Raise View House is a stunning and an elevated bed and breakfast in a desirable location in Grasmere. The beauty was in the details- a cozy fire , perfectly appointed rooms , views out to the Fells, delicious made to order breakfast , and a kind attentive host! Thanks Jackie for a memorable stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Grasmere. It’s a great base for touring the Lake District. The daily breakfast was very enjoyable.
The room in which we stayed (Wordsworth) is very small - probably the smallest we stayed in during 5 weeks of touring the UK and Ireland. The bathroom, which is very modern but also very small, has a very unusual electronic hot water system for the shower, which we had difficulty adjusting. There is also very limited off-street parking.
