The property was close by to the mall and a variety of restaurants. Made coming home after a long days work easy. Great places to eat, good vibe and nicely decorated apartment.

The apartment was serviced daily, but the floors were sticky and dirty. The showers were unpleasant. The water was not warm enough amd staff provided the same comment daily - “we are monitoring the boiler and loadshedding is effecting the temperature”. Some days there was no hot water at all. Given that it was extremely cold towards the end of the week, a hot shower would have been fantastic. So unfortunately, this makes the experience unpleasant.

I liked how the hosts welcomed me, when i had a problem with the shower the maintainance team arrived faster and fixed it and the cleaners come and clean every day. The bed were comfortable even the couches

Almost everything

One lift was out of order during our stay & we found that the cleaning staff were also using the one working lift instead of the cleaners. leas This caused lengthy delays waiting for a lift - not pleasant when on holiday

It's always pleasant when you check into a place and it exceeds your expectations. The location is nothing but amazing it's right at the rosebank the zone mall with eateries etc. It feels safe and secure, the apartment is clean and chic.
