Th location is hard to beat, it is steps away from Rosebank mall
The staff we met were friendly and professional
Lots of blankets helped during a cold spell
It was a west facing ground floor apartment which meant it got very little light exposure
The wall outside did not provide complete privacy from passers by which meant keeping the curtains drawn at all times
The one shower in our experience was not clean and we avoided using it

Housekeeping thoroughness; Location - next to Rosebank Mall; Restaurants nearby; safety and security
No central heating or AC; delivered via moveable units

Secure, quiet apartment, close to the Rosebank Mall
6 / 10Nella media·mag 2026
Close to Rosebank mall and friendly security
Very noisy with taxis hooting up and down the road and people shouting sunrise to sunset. The soap dispensers were all worn and not great. No plugs in the kitchen sinks to do dishes. Not the cleanest, some marks on curtains
