Friendly staff, beautiful room, warm, cosy and perfect for my work trip to stay the next morning and complete some work in the pub dinning area.

Great location between Loughborough and Leicester and near to M1. Very clean. Good selection of drinks in room. Wonderful fluffy towels
Noisy from person in room under mine. Loud tv,bumping and banging from 5 am. Rooms only had dormer windows so no outside view except treetops.

Everything about this place is fantastic, the room was immaculate, the team were superb and the food was amazing
It’s too far from where I live!
