The location was lovely and quiet

No where to put your bags or clothes a chair would have been ideal. A little bin in the bathroom for rubbish instead of having to go to the outside bin.

Location is perfect for a weekend stay.Very clean and tidy.

What i did not like and receiving this bad review is that it was advertised for $ a night and invoiced a extra 10% of the original price Not fair and not told or written anywhere.

The exterior could have some little more attention TV in downstairs lounge needed to be set up(aerial not plugged in) Gas heater not connected to gas point

Location was stunning

Property hasn’t been maintained for many years. Gardens lovely but old furniture dumped outside making the place look like a dump. Dirty tables and chairs outside, cobwebs everywhere showing outside wasn’t kept clean, very old DVD collection, no battery in AC, broken fly screen door, food not replenished daily.
