A beautiful gem perfectly placed in the heart of Florence with a stunning river view. Stylish and warm with a beautiful sized room and perfectly appointed bathroom. Giulia was the perfect host and welcome was delightful. Lovely touches of home made biscuits and a breakfast terrace that was perfection. Breakfast prepared exactly to your liking and abundent. Spoiled for all other accomodation on our 6 week trip so far.
Absolutely nothing.

The hosts were splendid- always cheerful and accommodating. They provided us with ideas for dinner. Maps and other information is available if needed. The location was perfect, just on the other side of the Arno. The view from our window was lovely. Comfortable bed. Nice linens. The best breakfast we’ve had in the 25 days we spent in Italy. Snacks and drinks available to guests. And the best biscotti ever!
Not a complaint but if you have mobility issues, there are about 63 steps to the property - no lift, but you know this ahead of time and not a problem for us age 69 and 78.
