The Hotel offered more value for money than expected. I will definately come back. Thanks
They need to work on their frequent blackouts and a stronger reliable WIFI network. Thanks

Awesome place super nice staff at front desk (thank you Queen!) and in the restaurant. All over great value
A few bugs crawling in the bathroom. Sir conditioner wasn't strong enough, minor annoyances.

The food, the environment, the safety and security.
A calm, cool and restful place mainly cleaned with friendly staff at hand day and night.
You have only one option paying by card: Visa card, not master card.

The local food was nice. I asked a waiter if I could eat their local food and he recommended the fish, ugali and spinach, which was very good.
The wifi was unstable and didn't work in all the rooms. The staff was slow to act. We agreed on a time for the hotel taxi to take me to the airport; on coming down at 2 pm excepting them to be ready, I have to wait another 30minutes for the taxi to arrive.
