The hosts, the food, the converstations with the other guests.
The place is beautiful, made even more magical by the hosts. Plenty of options of what to do in the area.

A good break from the towns. It was quiet and a beautiful countryside setting. Marie, her husband and sister were great hosts. Excellent meals were cooked.

The estate, the hosts and the surrounding area were astounding. The village isn't far from the city, yet, is very quiet and peaceful. Combined with the authentic Bulgarian household aesthetic, a great stay is guaranteed.
What I didn't like was the food. I am sure everything cooked was very tasty, etc, but the served meals were quite bizarre. Maybe if the guests are presented at least two options it will be better, but if you are into modern cuisine you will love it.
