The hotel was simply amazing. The facilities were outstanding, big swimming pools, a lovely beach area, and plenty of space in the restaurants. Food quality was excellent with a great variety of options at every meal. Service was fast and the team did a wonderful job throughout. Despite the hotel being fully booked, there were no queues at all for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The entertainment team put in a huge effort, with a strong show every night, and daytime water activities that were great for families with small children. There’s also a dedicated teen zone with bowling and billiards, which was perfect for older kids.

Spacious, good facilities
Not as luxurious as other 5* resorts
Food was repetitive and service in the restaurants, bars and buffet was inattentive.
Check in process was lengthy and I waited so long for my bags to be brought up to my room I went and got them myself.
Missing the level of service that most 5* resorts I have stayed in have.
