Good location, parking included.
Unit was not completely clean.
Unable to check in until after 2pm.

Second time staying at this property, it is exceptionally well located for everything in the Brisbane cbd and immediate surrounds. Received a free room upgrade to a beautiful town house, which had excellent features.
I contacted reception regarding a frustrating but easily resolvable issue on the second night of my stay, to discover the property uses and AI receptionist. While this undoubtedly contributes to the affordability of the property, it meant the issue remained unresolved into the third night of my stay mildly staining what would otherwise be a perfect stay.

The location was good
Free WiFi very poor and would keep disconnecting. Very noisy between the rooms, could hear other guests clearly in other rooms late at night.
