Clean and location was at the center of the city and near rossio metro station.

Since we went in Jan the room was chilly. heating couldn’t be adjusted to make it warmer.

Facilities where pretty much out of date. No free airport shuttle (20 euros). The room rugs feels uncleaned.

a little shabby, could use some updating - but it was clean, safe and in a great location.

I loved that our room was clean and tidy, hotel was in the city centre in the middle of everything and right beside the metro. Getting to airport took 30mins, getting metro from Restauradores station (blue line) (1min outside the hotel) to Sao Sebastiao and changing to red line at Sao Sebastiao to Airport and all this for EUR 1.50. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, we could store our bags safely in the locker room before and after check in. We also appreciated check out at 12, meant we didnt have to worry about getting up early. Cherry on the top was swimming pool, it wasnt too big but it was just enough to cool off after long day of walking, pool is not heated and it was just a bliss! We found toiletries like shower gel and shampoo in the room, along with soap and shower hat which was a nice gesture. Beds were clean and room was spacious enough for two. We also had a tiny kitchen with all the necessities which was super nice, we had a fridge also where we could leave our water in.

I didnt like that there were carpets in the room, that was the only issue but its quite common in most hotels, however, it would be nicer to have floors, as it would be a lot cleanier.

Location was perfect, we walked everywhere. The bed was very comfortable and the rooftop pool/bar was a real bonus with fantastic views around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very dated and in need of a refurb. Didn't feel comfortable walking barefooted on the old looking carpet and the bottom of the bath was stained where the bath mat had been.
