Fantastic location, very helpful staff on reception, very large room, very comfy bed.
Breakfast was nice however a little less than some places on my travels

I wish there had been a grab bar in the shower. While there was a note on the shower door that the material used on the floors and walls led to some discoloration, and it was not dirt, it sure looked like the floor of the shower was peeling, and that was a little bit disconcerting

Property is very central, close to Starbucks, the best shop for pastels de nata and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and tour meeting points. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good location next to city centre and main tourist attractions.
Nice interior design.
Rooms are extremely small, including in height on the top floors. Breakfast room is too tight with no proper room for the buffet and seating areas, and the food variety was poor.
Rooms are so tight I had to move furniture around to open the cupboard door every time. The fact the cupboard doors opened to the wrong side (against the wall) did not help.
Also experience some noise at night.
