The location is perfect as is the price but that's about all.
We have stayed at this hotel before and for the second time after requesting a ground floor room we were allocated an upper floor.
Our requests were acknowledged by the hotel months in advance yet again they failed to deliver. We are both pensioners with mobility issues and find it difficult to climb the stairs. We will use a different hotel in future.
