Bardzo fajny i przyjemny hotel. Czyste pokoje, Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie, płatność kartą. Bezpłatny prywatny parking. Śniadania nie mieliśmy okazji spróbować z powodu wczesnego wymeldowania

Staff extremely helpful and accommodating.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Rooms at the back of the hotel very noisy due to the lorry depot adjacent to the building and a very loud machine noise that made it difficult to sleep.

SPACIOUS ROOM, FREE PARKING
There is an event hall 200m away and they had a wedding with very loud music until 5am. I only slept 2 hours through the blasting music

Friendly staff. Beds were good, and bathrooms were clean. Close to the highway.
Hard to find. This is not the fault of the hotel; apparently the city never got the right road layout published. My two TomToms were able to bring us in the vicinity, but then went crazy. Similar problems in the other car using Google on a mobile phone. I suggest you look at a satellite view of the layout on Google maps before going. Fortunately, you can see the sign on the building from way off.

A basic but clean hotel for a basic price and adequate for a one night stop over. Staff welcoming and continental breakfast plentiful.
Rooms could do with update especially showers but as already mentioned clean.

Room very comfortable was able to get a coffee from dining room even though we arrived late.
I know its small dining area but was very busy and had to wait as stock went quickly .

Good location, private parking with electric security gates and 24 hour reception. Initial concerns about noise due to distance to motorway were not substantiated, it was very quiet in the room (4th floor).
Mold in the shower should not really be there.

Beds were super comfortable and breakfast was lovely. Free access to drinks on arrival was much appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic value

WE were told that the wifi was broken. We could not pay by card. There was no access to the internet.
We asked for a receipt and the receptionist said that she would email one - it has never arrived.

when the receptionist noticed that I had mobility problems, she allocated us an accessible room without being asked which I very much appreciated.
in the morning there was a lot of noise from am adjacent site. there was only one functioning coffee machine working in the breakfast room which caused some hold ups.
