Everything was near and clean, very nicely designed and setup and close to transport by tram and bus. Close to stores and restaurants.
No breakfast available.

Comfortable and easy access to the city centre via tram
Some days before arriving I received several emails asking me to bid to upgrade my room which I declined. Only after receiving these emails did the hotel then said that the breakfast I had booked wasn’t going to be available due to their breakfast provider pulling out. I thought they should have advised about the lack of breakfast rather than trying to get me to pay more. Bathroom was also extremely small

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free bottled waters on arrival is a nice touch. Beautiful facility and rooms. Located very convienently next to the tram to the train station. Complimentary croissant, juice and coffee in the morning.
Very minor, but the shampoo/body wash bottle was empty in the shower on arrival.

One room was great. Large, had AC. Receptionist was great.
2nd room was terribly hot. Too noisy to leave the windows open. No mention that there was no AC available at time of booking. Terrible.

"Tutto perfetto! Personale cortese, camera spaziosa e pulita. L’hotel è praticamente ad 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata del tram col quale si arriva in pochissimi minuti al centro."
