Prachtig authentiek hotelgebouw dat op een stijlvolle en klantvriendelijke manier uitgebaat wordt. Het ontbijt was ook uitstekend.
De badkamer vonden we niet geweldig: verouderd, kleine douche met douchegordijn, niet goed afgestelde kranen waardoor het water steeds heet was.

Hotel hatte eine gute lage und gut erreichbar. Frühstück sehr ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Mir hat es gut gefallen, werde es weiterempfehlen

One of a kind, old style, but cozy, we had some room on the same floor as the reception just to the right, and our kids were just screaming out of joy. When we entered it, it has a sort of second floor inside the house where the kids go to sleep

The staff was attentive and welcoming.
I would have preferred a slightly larger bathroom. It was awkward to enter the shower, with the toilet positioned right in front of it. I am also not a big fan of shower curtains.

Really interesting location, in one of the more well off areas of Hamburg. It's a charming building and the interior doesn't disappoint, matching the historic look of the hotel.

Very quaint hotel .Charming breakfast room and good service. Staff very nice and friendly and helpful. Great location.
Rooms could do with updating. Bathroom very small in our room. Be aware there is no lift and we were on the 2nd floor.

after I mentioned I’m vegan, the staff prepared some vegan options for breakfast for me, which was nice. very pretty hotel in a calm neighborhood.

the lovation is fantastic. they have a beautiful garden to relax in. and the breakfast room is lovely.

Nice surrounding, peaceful and quite, in the midfdel of the city. Very convenient parking behind the hotel. Good looking premsies with a nice garden.
Excellent and plentiful breakfast, with very nice and efficient service.
We prefer showers to bathtub for the bathroom. There was no products for the shower. There were left over cleaning stuff in the hallways going to our room.

Amazing hotel! Totally beautiful and romantic!! The Christmas decorations were lovely. The breakfast is amazing. I can’t wait to go there again with my partner for a romantic getaway!

Loved the old world charm. The breakfast was fantastic and such a fancy table setting, I felt like I was being served at Downton Abbey.
Very convenient that there is private parking.
