Location was superb with views to match, didn't take the breakfast options as we were on tight time schedules during the day with a lot planned. Facilities with the hotel were first class
98% of the staff were so friendly and accommodating and did everything that was asked of them to ensure we and other guests had a fabulous experience. The 2% only refers to certain female members of reception staff that fell well short in my opinion. We have stopped in many many places all over the world and never had a frosty experience like that before. Again only my opinion but as they are the first point of contact to the hotel and guest experience we didn't find it the best.

Very nice clean and comfortable room with view to the lake Alster.
Very stylish and classic lobby. Very good breakfast and restaurant for the evening.
Not customer oriented reception and concierge service. Even informing reception in time about the reason (wedding) of our stay the pre-ordered champagne was not in the room and the restaurant was not booked at the day requested.

The Atlantic is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in luxury plus ,with a magnificent Michelin star restaurant. The breakfast was out of this world.
