A lot of great points: Begin from excellent location seafront + modern clean and comfortable rooms, responsive and friendly personal. There is possibility for free parking. Great terrace on the floor with view, jacuzzi and seating places. Also you have to know that there are not free beach. Entrance starts from 15-20 EUR.

There are some free parking, otherwise the cost of parking is 15 euro a day.

Breakfast choice was great. More like in 4 star hotels, where we usually stay in the same region. Very helpful staff.

The sound insulation between the hotel floors is not great. Though, the street noise was not heard much in the room.

Everyone working there was doing everything possible to accomodate our needs. My son has an allergy to peanuts and they were very much paying attention to it. Breakfast was amazing.

Super location across the road from the beach. The breakfast is unbelievable for a 3 star hotel. We had a family room which had two separate bedrooms which was ideal.

For us the pillows were to hard, but that’s just our personal preferences. Beside of that, everything was great.

The management and staff of this hotel are amazing, friendly and really put their hearts into the hotel and make it an amazing place to stay and layback when we need it so bad. We are highly recommended to this hotel Esplanade Versilia, the hotel is larger size and cozy, also very good location just a short walk to so many restaurants and cafes, shops and supermarket. The highlight of this hotel is the rooftop so nice view. Very clean and minimalistic that’s what we like, We took the bus to Pietrasanta town which only cost €1.50 each way, and the train tickets to Pisa, Cinque Terra and Lucca all cost return less than €10 each really great location.

Breakfast was perfect, there was everything what you want. Location was perfect too. Also stuff was very Nice.

We Thank that balcony can be bigger, i know that we choose to View to see, but that balcony or Window for room for three people was very little.

Amazing hotel - beautiful, modern, cozy, clean. The stuff at the reception and also at the breakfast very friendly and kind. The beds were comfy and the cleaning service also great. Breakfast was tasty and a lot of choices. Location is super, just in front of great beach and close to the street full of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a lot staying at this hotel.

The isolation is quite weak, so can hear neighbors but anyway didn’t bother much. Juices at the breakfast.

The breakfast was the best! I can imagine it is a challenge for every hotel to organize breakfast at the moment due to the corona restrictions, but Hotel Esplanade has managed it very well. The food was really good. We had a simple room without a balcony but could still see the sea from the window :) We went to the nearest beach for 22 EUR for 2 pers. / 1 day, which was fine for us. The sea and the beach are very clean and nice.

We had sometimes problems with WiFi, but not too bad.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. So was the breakfast. The management was very friendly. For the beach we had only to pass the road, it was on the other side from the hotel.
