I am suggesting this hotel to the Harm Visitors. It is money to the value.

The room is comfortable and has all the facilities. The breakfast is satisfactory, but not that much.

The schedule of bus should be shortened.

Very Pleasant Stay

Very friendly staff, clean facilities, nice handy shops, great restaurant.

Some Haram shuttle drivers are a little bit rude.

the staff was amazing starting from the 2 brothers khalil & moaid really good customer service always smiling and gi

it was a clean property with good shuttle service to haram, shuttle bus was going every 15 min or early than that some time,suhoor was really good and the staff for breakfast was awesome

The shuttle service going to Haram was good. But coming back was a disaster.

Nice stay with a few hiccups

Nice elevators Large rooms and interconnected rooms Good shuttle service

Housekeeping was unsatisfactory. Even after calling the reception the house keeping staff didn't arrive. Shuttle service on Friday is a mess and takes more than 1-2 hours to arrive at a hotel during Friday prayer. Also the shuttle service does not work close to the prayer timings.

everything, staff, hygiene, facilities, housekeeping, pest control, poor hospitality experience and found bed bugs in room , a lot of damaged and bad condition furniture stores in the corridors as well as no organization and low level of welcoming and greeting moreover to guest excellence pr caring

Perfect 5 hotel at good price 24 hrs bus service available to reach haram 3 min drive to haram recommend all to stay here . we stayed here for 9 nights . every thing was perfect In search of near distance hotel , we stayed at a nearby hotel by paying same cost but very unclean hotel .

Need to call room service. if not called they will not make up your room. put note outside or call using zero

Super relaxing trip

The breakfast buffet was great and of course the Cleanliness and calmness were extraordinary

The shuttle service needs to be improved especially after Friday prayer
