The overall stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout and a special mention to Faisal, the Duty Manager, who was very professional, courteous and attentive. His support and positive attitude made the stay even better.
Nothing in particular. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay and did not face any major/serious issues.

Near to haram and good breakfast

The rooms were very small, with almost no space to put our luggage. The bathroom was extremely unpleasant, and there was a constant bad smell. The staff were helpful, hardworking, and well-intentioned. However, the breakfast selection was very limited and lacked variety.
