The room that we got was absolutely amazing as we had 2 really big windows to see the haram. It had an amazing view. I don't think I booked a room with haram view but it was amazing. Room was very very spacious and clean. The bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would say is that when goong for a shower you need to keep the shower on for good couple of minutes for hot water to come, it doesn't come straight away. I would definitely be booking Al Safwah again insha Allah for our next umrah as it is literally onnthe doorstep to King AbdulAziz gate. The gate you need to perform umrah. No other hotels are this close. Just below the hotel there is a huge mall that has everything you need including restaurants, barbers, abayas, oud, bank ATM etc. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. There was a huge breakfast buffet and everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
