Microtel by Wyndham Baguio

Food was great! The receptionists were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bus station is just downstairs and the mall is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel.

There is no complimentary water, tea or coffee in the room that is usually available in hotels that we booked in, in our past travels.

I really enjoyed the service! It’s super easy to get to the Victory Liner bus terminal since there’s a walkway from the terminal to their restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the guards who took a cab for us, especially during the rainy season. The front desk crew is always cheerful and helpful with our requests. The housekeepers keep our rooms tidy and well-kept every day. The breakfast is delicious, with a menu that changes daily, and the beds are so comfortable that it’s hard to wake up in the morning. It’s definitely my new favorite hotel in Baguio.

My early check in was accommodated. Got the key card but did not work the first time so went down again to have it activated. Hotel is old and needs updating
