We arrived after staying in another hotel in the area . The comparison was like chalk and cheese.
We parked in the underground car park . The receptionist was welcoming and we were given the keys to our rooms.
We had decided to upgrade and WOW. The room was huge and we also had a large bath in the room and everything was perfect , large bed was so comfortable, dressing gowns and slippers in the wardrobe , Nespresso coffee machine.

the bed was comfy
breakfast although presented well was cold, all the seats were very low through the hotel (style over practicality)
a lot of dogs present with no warning or guarantee that room hadn't had dog in it previously. reception staff were slow and didn't even acknowledge or apologise for wait. nobody there on checkout but fortunately the senior lady on service in the restaurant on the Sunday morning helped
