College View

It was spotless and well appointed. Great location with parking. The host was wonderful and so welcoming. The room had many extras going over and above the price point, Including mini fridge with drinks and snacks. The bathroom had additional toiletries all complimentary. Breakfast was wonderful and cooked to order- better than any hotel offering.

Nothing- it was superb!

A wonderful bed and breakfast in central Cheltenham. Pat, the host, was lovely and extremely accomodating. The room was clean and excellently furnished, and the breakfast (which was included with our stay) was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again when we are next in Cheltenham.

Nothing - the stay was fantastic.

It’s location, off road parking, view, especially our host. Excellent facilities and delicious breakfast, all in all a special gem. Also near to several good restaurants . The unexpected Prosecco

Best place we ever stayed. Pat is the best host imaginable. Absolutely delightful service. She met us at the entrance, and showed us around. The place was immaculately clean. She shopped for fresh food for breakfast after asking what we would like the previous night, and what a breakfast it was .... WOW. Fresh fruit, fresh rolls, eggs cooked to perfection, smoked salmon, fresh juices .... The room was AMAZING. Huge, modern, huge bed, really spacious bathroom with a monsoon shower and lovely bath tub, and lots of high quality bath products. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Pat is the best, and her circular home is spectacular and furnished beautifully. WOW... Also the location was a 10 for us, as it is on a very quiet area with trees, and within walking distance of all the sights.

IT WAS PERFECT!
