Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Design vom Zimmer und Hotel top. Das Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig mit großer Brötchen- und Müsliauswahl. Da hat nichts gefehlt. Die Betätigungsmöglichkeiten um und im Hotel waren sehr gut; Sauna und Schwimmbad inklusive. Wenn man keine Reinigung fürs Zimmer wollte, gab es einen 5 Euro-Gutschein zum Einlösen für einen Cocktail oder Aktivitäten.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt und vor allem beim Abendessen (37 Euro) fanden wir nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Auswahl am Abend war übersichtlich. Geschmacklich war das Essen gut, aber kein Highlight. Auch die Bowlingbahn war für eine Familie schon preisintensiv. Am Schluss kamen noch Parkplatzgebühren dazu. Ein Spielzimmer für die Kleinen war vorhanden, könnte aber ein Update gebrauchen. Wir waren übers Wochenende, da fehlte uns die Abendunterhaltung im Barbereich.

Leider wurde das Zimmer vorher nicht geheizt, dadurch war es etwas frisch. Sehr schade ist auch das man als kurzfristig angereister Gast keine Anwendungen mehr im Spa bekommt. Vor allem nach 18 Uhr

The location is great, scenic, half board dinner is good. Spa area is great. The general area around the hotel is beautiful.

Awful nights sleep, It’s the single most important aspect of a hotel booking. The pillows were diabolical , shallow to the point you may as well not have them, I didn’t sleep at all. The staff are okay, they are trying their best but customer service isn’t a strong point. Please keep in mind this is mostly German speaking, they don’t speak much English which was not an issue. The breakfast was not great, I was expecting more considering the dinner that we had. When you pay 480gbp, 576 Euros for two nights , I am expecting a lot more as we chose this over the Kempinski in Dresden which was at an identical price point for far superior service. I would not recommend for families or anyone that values their sleep.
