The staff had just taken over the hotel but were top at trying to make us feel super welcomed! :) really liked their attitude and welcoming nature
Feedback given to staff as they are keen to improve things so feedback might be outdated.

The new owner, Nat, was very welcoming.
He showed us our room which was very clean and comfortable then gave me a free pass for the local car park.
We had a fabulous night out and then a great night's sleep followed by a wonderful execo breako in the morning.
There was no way anything could have been improved upon.
The bath in the attic room had taps at the end that the roof came over so you couldn't stand up in the bath and take a shower. If the taps were moved to the other end of the middle it would then be possible to stand up and take a shower.

The staff could not do enough; very friendly and the room was clean and tidy.
Facilities could be modernised, and bed was quite squeaky. But comfortable.
Breakfast sausages and eggs were of poor quality and lacked real flavour. Croissants were the cheap long-lasting kind. Fine for my 7 year old. But you can get lovely cook from frozen ones nowadays which are cost effective and can be a good option. Like I say the service was great and the staff were generous in portions of toast etc...

new people took over a week before we arrived , our roomwas changed afterthey advised us the shower was cold. the new people have a lot to do but are helpful , pleasant and co-operative.
location is on the seafront and is great , the breakfast to order was spot on.
we had one issue which was not the owners fault whhen thegarage entrance was blocked .
other than that this place was ok
