Very friendly staff, the room was warm, clean bedding and towels, and the food service from breakfast/ Sunday carvery/ and evening was excellent.
Seaview room was booked, but the windows needed cleaning.

The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble
The room was atrocious, we had a double bed and sofa bed, the bed was uncomfortable and I defy anyone to sleep on the sofa bed. The laughable bathroom had absolutely no where to put toiletries etc and every time you pulled the flush it sounded like a machine gun. We were on the 3rd floor and the lift was tiny and frightening and the carpets were grubby.
For anyone who cares about decor it was cheap and nasty.
